The Huntingdon County United Way Holly Trail Home Tour was canceled on Sunday December 20 due to the weather. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.  Executive Director, Kathy Armillei stated that “It was a tough decision to make. We rely on the proceeds received from Holly Trail Home Tour for our annual campaign. In past years we have netted about $1,200 from this event. We felt the safety of our community came first and we did not want burden the homeowners with possible liability issues.” If you purchased tickets you may contact the United Way office for information about a refund at 814-643-3142. The annual campaign is at 60% of it’s $415,000 goal. There is still time to make a donation by sending it to Huntingdon County United Way, PO Box 344, Huntingdon, PA 16652. The United Way would like to thank everyone for their understanding and wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
