This mission is achieved through a variety of activities and experiences that encourage girls to discover their strengths, meet new challenge Youth leadership development; Hands-on experiences in STEM, life skills, entrepreneurship, and outdoor adventures in a troop setting; community service projects, and earning badges teach perseverance, empathy, and responsibility's, find their voices, and make a positive impact on their communities.
