Happypawshappyhomes offers transportation for pets to be spayed/neutered, as well as vouchers to help defray the cost of the procedures.

Transport days are for pets who need a ride between Huntingdon or Tyrone and the Allegheny Spay/Neuter Clinic in Woodland.  A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a space and is deducted from the surgery total. Spaces are limited and by reservation.Please contact them for their upcoming transport days. Please contact them about appointment availability before making a deposit.

Base Fees:

$135 for female dogs (includes spay, nail trim, cone and transport)

$120 for male dogs (includes neuter, nail trim, cone and transport)

$85 for female cats (includes spay, nail trim and transport)

$70 for male cats (includes neuter, nail trim and transport)

If you can provide your own transportation, hphh offers vouchers to save money off of their partnering offices' spay/neuter surgeries. Vouchers are for clients that can provide their own transportation to either the Allegheny Spay/Neuter Clinic (offices in Woodland or Centre Hall) or ALl Pets Veterinary Clinic (State College). A voucher useable at Allegheny only covers the cost of routine spay/neuter. A voucher useable at All Pets onlcy convers the cost of routine spay/neuter and a rabies vaccine if needed. All other costs are the client's responsibility. This includes any exam fees, vaccines, additional procedures or medicines that the clinic may charge for. These additional fees are set by the clinics. You should ask about additional fees when you call to schedule your appointment.

Vouchers useable at Allegheny Spay/Neuter Clinic cost:

$150 for female dogs over 120 lbs (spay and nail trim)

$1225 for femal dogs under 120 lbs (spay and nail trim)

$135 for male dogs over 120 lbs (neuter and nail trim)

$110 for male dogs under 120 lbs (neuter and nail trim)

$85 for female cats (spay and nail trim)

$70 for male cats ( spay and nail trim)

Vouchers useable at All Pets Veterinary Clinic cost:

Please contact us for dog pricing. Be prepared to tell us your dog's gender, age and weight.

$120 for female cats (includes spay, rabies vaccine, first distemper vaccine, pain meds)

$90 for cats (includes neuter, rabies vaccine, first distemper vaccine, pain meds)

Their are directions that need to be followed to receive a voucher. Please contact us for the specific instructions.

Fix-a-Bull Program

HPHH loves pit bulls, but sadly, they account for as much as 25% of all dogs in our nation's shelters. Statistics show that only 1 in 500 pit bulls finds a home for life.

We ask those who are considering inquiring about the Fix-A-Bull program to only ask for these funds if you cannot afford our regular spay/neuter program pricing.  Please understand we may not be able to assist all dogs based on available funding. Mention the Fix-A-Bull Program when contacting us. Fix-A-Bull surgeries cost the pet parent only $25. HPHH covers the rest of the surgery cost. Surgeries are completed at participating offices in Centre Hall, Ebensburg, Woodland, and State College based on available services/client needs.

Financial assistance is available for dogs. If financial assistance is needed, please contact our office.

"It's Not My Cat" program is intended to help individuals who are caring for stray/feral cats. The client's cost to get a cat spayed/neutered through this program is $30. HPHH covers the rest of the spay/neuter surgery at one of the clinics (Allegheny spay/neuter clinic in Woodland or Centre Hall or All Pets Veterinary Clinic in State College). Vouchers do not have an expiration date. You would set up an appointment with the clinic of your choice and pay for a voucher at least 4 weeks in advance of your appointment. Cost is $30 and includes the cost of spay/neuter, rabies vaccine, 1st FVRCP vaccine, pain meds and ear tipping. Ear tipping is mandatory for this program.  Clients will need to trap their own cats and provide transportation.

If the cats need transportation, we supply this on transport days between Huntingdon, Tyrone and the Allegheny Spay/Neuter Clinic in Woodland. There is a $10/cat transport cost and the cats will need to schedule for a designated date.
